At Workshop, we are committed to offering a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below you'll find details on how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order items: Processing takes 2 to 15 business days. In some cases, additional delays may occur due to availability or production timelines. If you'd like an estimated delivery time, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Within Greece: Orders are shipped via ACS Courier.
- France, Germany, Italy and Spain: Orders are shipped via DHL Courier or UPS Courier.
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed. To estimate total delivery time, add the processing time to the shipping time.
Shipping options within Greece:
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Remote Areas: May require an additional 2–3 business days
Shipping options to France, Germany, Italy and Spain:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
All timeframes are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you can give us a short extra period. If we still do not deliver, you can cancel and we refund everything you paid.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: ACS may occasionally route parcels to a SmartPoint pick-up location first, and then attempt delivery. If you prefer direct delivery to your address (without SmartPoint handling), please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order so we can request delivery directly to your location.
Shipping Costs
Greece:
- Express Shipping: €2.95
- Standard Shipping: free on orders of €99 or more
France, Germany, Italy and Spain:
- Standard Shipping: €12.95
- Express Shipping: €18.95
- Free shipping on orders of €199 or more

Customs & Duties
We only ship within the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import fees.
