Refund policy

At Workshop, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item, without giving a reason.

The first 14 days: your right of withdrawal

The first 14 days from delivery are your legal right.

• No approval needed. Tell us before the 14 days end: with the "Withdraw from contract here" link at the end of this page, by email at webstore@theworkshopworld.com, or with the model withdrawal form further down.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
• Try the shoes on as you would in a shop, on a clean floor. You are only liable if their value drops because of handling beyond that.
• We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost up to the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery, for example express, the difference is not refunded.

From day 15 to day 30

We accept returns and exchanges of shoes that are unworn, with their tags, in their box. We refund the price of the item. The original delivery cost is not refunded.

How to send your parcel

From Greece: free

Inside the package you will find the return form with step-by-step instructions. Returns and exchanges from Greece cost you nothing.

From outside Greece: €22

Write to us at webstore@theworkshopworld.com or submit a return request through our website. With our courier the return costs €22, which we deduct from your refund.

Put the shoe box inside an outer protective package and do not stick labels directly on it.

Exchanging a size or item

Send the item back as you would for a return. Once we receive your parcel, we ship the new item and keep you updated by email. Exchanges from Greece are free. From outside Greece they cost €22.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of the day we learn of your decision. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it. We refund to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.

Faulty or wrong item

Write to us before sending it. We pay the shipping and do not deduct the €22. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery also applies.
