Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items that are not returned in a suitable condition.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. During sale or peak times, this process may take up to 15 business days. Please note that it may take longer for the refund to show on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
