Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Within Greece: Orders are shipped via ACS Courier.
Internationally: Orders are shipped via DHL Courier and UPS Courier.

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed. To estimate total delivery time, add the processing time to the shipping time.

Shipping options within Greece:

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Remote Areas: May require an additional 2–3 business days

All timeframes are indicative and may vary due to external factors.

Please note: ACS may occasionally route parcels to a SmartPoint pick-up location first, and then attempt delivery. If you prefer direct delivery to your address (without SmartPoint handling), please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order so we can request delivery directly to your location.

For returns within Greece

Inside the product package, you will find the return form along with detailed instructions. Please follow the guidelines to complete the return process.

For international returns

You can contact our customer support team or submit a return request through our website. Shipping fee for returns within Europe is 22€.

Exchange Shipping

Once we receive your parcel and complete the processing, we will ship the replacement item. You will be notified via email regarding the progress of your exchange.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets our return conditions below.

If you decide to return an item because you have changed your mind or no longer wish to keep it, the €22 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund when using our return shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund. The refund will include the original standard delivery cost paid for the order, where required by applicable consumer protection law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery option is non-refundable.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not correspond to the product ordered, please contact us before returning it. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and no €22 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must meet the applicable return conditions described below.

This 30-day return policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be in its original packaging
Include all tags and labels
Be in excellent, unused condition
Be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
No labels should be placed directly on the product box – use external protective packaging

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. If the product or packaging shows signs of damage or wear, the return may not be accepted. If the product box is not in good condition, an additional charge may apply based on the size of the box

Refunds are completed within up to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Shoe Care Essentials

Rotate your shoes every two days of consecutive wear to allow the leather fibers to rest.
Store shoes in the felt bags provided, in a dry place away from direct heat sources.
Use shoe trees for men’s dress shoes to maintain shape.
Avoid contact with water, solvents, oils, or abrasives.
Use a shoehorn to prevent damage to the heel structure.
Replace toplifts periodically to maintain grip and stability.

Smooth or Grained Leathers

Wipe surface stains with a soft damp cloth. Once dry, apply a high-quality colorless cream with a soft cloth in circular strokes.

Patent Leathers

Clean with a soft, light-colored damp cloth and dry with a clean one. Avoid contact with other leathers or strongly pigmented items to prevent color migration.

Metallic Leathers

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean gently.

Exotic Leathers

Clean with a soft dry cloth and polish in the direction of the scales using colorless cream. Sensitive to humidity — if wet, pat dry gently with an absorbent cloth.

Goat Suede, Calf Suede & Nubuck

Use a soft shoe brush to maintain texture. Allow to dry thoroughly if wet. For light stains, use a rubber suede brush.

Pony-Styled Calf Leathers

Clean with a lightly damp cloth in the direction of the hair. Avoid abrasion and repeated friction which may harm the hair texture.

Fabric

Do not soak or machine wash. Gently clean and allow to air dry. Note: lighter fabrics are more prone to stains despite their water-repellent finish.

Vegan Leather

Clean vegan leather with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately with a clean towel. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. Do not apply leather polish or oil-based conditioners. Use mild soap if needed and test first on a small area.
