How long does order processing take?

In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items may take 2–15 business days to prepare.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time includes both processing and shipping. Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days, express shipping takes 1–2 business days (Greece). Remote areas may require 2–3 extra days.

Which courier services do you use?

We use ACS Courier within Greece, and DHL & UPS internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping via DHL and UPS.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Are customs fees included in the shipping cost?

No. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included and must be covered by the recipient.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You can return or exchange items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive the return and completed within 10 business days.

What condition should returned items be in?

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, and properly protected for return.

How do I care for my leather shoes?

Clean with a soft cloth and use appropriate leather creams. Rotate use and store in a dry, shaded space with shoe trees.

Can I clean suede or nubuck shoes with water?

No. Use a soft brush for dry maintenance. Let wet shoes dry fully before brushing.

How do I clean vegan leather shoes?

Use a damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid oil-based products. Mild soap may be used after testing.

Can I machine wash fabric shoes?

No. Do not soak or machine wash. Gently clean with a cloth and allow to air dry naturally.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or update it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
